Psychotherapy
for Creative Transformation
Is life feeling overwhelming right now? Are unexpected changes making things difficult, leaving you feeling stuck? Do you long for a sense of change and renewal? It's perfectly normal to feel this way. Life moves in cycles – endings and beginnings, change and growth. The ancient symbol of the Ouroboros, a snake eating its own tail, reminds us of this cyclical nature, symbolising birth, death, and rebirth. Therapy can provide a powerful and supportive space for navigating these transitions. I invite you to explore your challenges with me, understand the patterns that may be holding you back, and together, we can create a path toward growth, healing, and new possibilities.
Walthamstow based, in person and online therapy
I offer therapy sessions both in person at my comfortable studio in Walthamstow and online. Each session is 50 minutes, and I generally meet with clients once or twice a week, working collaboratively to determine the best frequency for your needs.
Fees
Each session is 80£
I’m not your ideal therapist if:
I'm probably not the best fit if you're looking for a quick fix. Meaningful change often takes time and consistent effort. Regular sessions are really important for building trust and making progress together. A willingness to explore your inner world is key to the kind of work I do. If introspection isn't something you're interested in right now, that's perfectly okay, but my approach might not be the most helpful for you.
We can work well together if:
You're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, even if it means venturing into the "underworld" of your own psyche.
You're curious about your inner landscape, including the hidden and sometimes uncomfortable parts.
You understand that true growth often requires confronting difficult emotions and past experiences.
You resonate with a creative and engaging approach to therapy, recognising its potential to illuminate the path toward healing.
I live with a friendly cat, Sirio. He will not be in the therapy room during our sessions and you won’t meet him while accessing to the therapy room.
Please let me know if you have any concerns such as allergies. This will help us ensure a comfortable environment for our sessions.
